Overview
Job Talentio is a job portal and lightweight applicant tracking system built for the Uzbekistan market. Separate experiences serve candidates, recruiters, and super-admins, with content localized in Uzbek, Russian, and English. The product covers job discovery, résumé building, candidate matching, hiring pipelines, messaging, and moderation.
Problem & solution
The problem
The Uzbek hiring market needed a local-first platform that handles Uzbek, Russian, and English content, supports recruiters without a heavyweight ATS, and gives candidates a credible way to present their experience.
What was built
A pnpm monorepo with a NestJS API, separate Next.js apps for the public portal and the admin console, and shared Zod contracts. Search is backed by Meilisearch with self-healing fallback, background work runs through Redis/BullMQ, and documents live in S3-compatible storage.

Technical implementation
Separate web and admin clients share one REST API. The API owns authentication, matching, CV processing, billing, and moderation, with Redis workers for alerts and search indexing.

My contribution
- Built candidate-facing flows including CV import, job matching, saved searches, and alerts.
- Implemented recruiter tooling: hiring funnel, response-time reporting, application sources, and interview stages.
- Added Telegram integration for sign-in, job sharing, channel posts, and alert delivery.
- Worked on multilingual search and job-title filtering, including stale-index recovery.
- Shipped the installable PWA experience, legal pages, and staging readiness checks.
